Vote YES on Amendment #4

The measure removes the ability to dedicate funds from the Transportation Trust Fund to the state police. Instead, the constitution would allow the Fund to be dedicated toward “the costs for and associated with construction and maintenance of the roads and 16 bridges of the state and federal highway systems, the Statewide Flood-Control 17 Program or its successor, ports, airports, transit, and the Parish Transportation Fund”. Removes from the approved list “state police for traffic control purposes”.
